How we make money.
Most men's health sites bury this. It's in our navigation, because if you can't see how we get paid, you have no way to judge whether to trust what we tell you.
Where the revenue comes from
When your result points to a next step — a lab test, or eventually a clinic — some of the providers we list pay us a commission if you choose them. It costs you nothing extra. That is the entire business today.
Later we'll add a paid membership for men who want ongoing tracking and coaching. The assessment itself stays free.
The rules we hold ourselves to
We never sell testosterone or supplements
We are not a clinic, a pharmacy, or a supplement brand. We don't sell anything you put in your body, and we never will. That one constraint is what makes the rest of this page possible.
Your result is decided before money enters the picture
The scoring runs on your answers alone and produces one of three outcomes — one of which tells you to buy nothing at all. No partner can pay to change what you're shown, because the recommendation is settled before any partner is chosen.
Nobody pays for placement
We don't take payment to rank a provider higher, to be listed at all, or to be described favourably. When the option that pays us less is the better one for you, we say so.
Every paid link is labelled where it appears
If a link earns us a commission it says so next to the link, not buried in a footer. Where we earn nothing, we mark that too, so you can weigh the recommendation yourself.
The obvious conflict, stated plainly
We earn more when you buy a test than when you don't. That is a real conflict of interest and we won't pretend otherwise. Our defence against it is structural: one of the three possible results tells you to spend nothing, and every man whose answers call for it sees it.
If you ever catch us softening that, we've lost the only thing that makes this site worth reading.
